Full Job Description

Responsible for patient scheduling and management, accounts receivable and payable, greeting patients, and maintaining dental front office.

Specific duties:

• Schedule appointments, manage recalls, and follow-up with patients
• Manage communications with specialty offices and laboratories
• Collect and post payment
• Insurance verification, billing, and claims
• Promote team concept by interacting with others in the office in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in the dental field
• Fast learner, ability to multitask
• Professional verbal and communication skills
• Good computer/typing skills, experience with Dentrix
• Positive attitude

Hours:

• Mon, Tue, Thurs 9 am - 5 pm
• Wed and Fri 9 am -2 pm
