Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the patient experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-level customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Patient Greeting: Welcome patients, update information, and check them in/out.
- Scheduling: Manage the dentist's schedule, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and texts promptly with patients.
- Insurance & Billing: Verify patient insurance benefits, submit claims, and collect payments/co-pays.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate, secure patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Office Upkeep: Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Personality: Calm under pressure, reliable, and professional.
Looking to fill:
- Mondays: 9 to 5 pm
- Fridays: 9 to 5 pm
- Saturdays: 9 to 1 pm
- May offer more hours when needed
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Per diem
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
