- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist in office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing support to staff and clients.
- Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and appointment scheduling.
Skills
- Proficient in office management practices with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to assist diverse clientele effectively.
