We are a high-quality, family-oriented dental office seeking a Dental Front Office Administrator: Treatment and Financial Coordination—a polished, professional presence who excels at welcoming patients, clearly presenting treatment, and enrolling patients into care with clarity and confidence.
This is a face-forward leadership role at the heart of our practice. You are the first impression, the primary patient advocate, and a key driver of case acceptance and financial success.
Your Role & Impact
As the front office leader, you will:
● Serve as the primary greeter and guide for every patient entering the practice
● Create a warm, confident, and professional first impression that builds trust immediately
● Lead patients through their visit experience from arrival to checkout
● Present treatment plans clearly, emphasizing value, benefits, and outcomes
● Enroll patients into treatment by confidently discussing financial options and next steps.
● Actively support internal marketing and patient retention initiatives
● Represent the practice brand through professionalism, communication, and demeanor
● Assist with light social media content that highlights our culture and patient experience.
Compensation will be matching level of contribution and experience.
What We’re Looking For
● Exceptional communication skills—both conversational and financial
● Proven experience presenting treatment plans and discussing fees
● Comfort guiding patients toward care decisions with empathy and confidence
● Experience with Open Dental software
● Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections
● Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced front office
● Numbers-savvy and motivated by production and collection goals
● Familiarity with KPI dashboards and performance tracking
● Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Familiarity with CRM systems and AI-enabled tools is a plus
● Sales, hospitality, or case acceptance experience preferred
● Social media posting or content creation experience is a bonus

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
