Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient information and billing details
- Transcribe and type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with office management tasks, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Operate phone systems, including routing calls and taking messages accurately
Experience:
*Minimum 1 year experience with Eaglesoft*
Seeking long term employee
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Proficient in data entry, transcribing, typing, and using various office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)
Starting schedule is 8 hours a day, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
**Must be flexible to schedule changes to the offices needs!**
Most have Eaglesoft expedience or Dentrix
** Pay is based on experience**
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
