Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face and heart of our practice: warmly welcome every patient and ensure comfort and confidence throughout their visit.
• Master front office operations: manage check-in, check-out, and high-volume scheduling to support efficiency, productivity, and an exceptional patient experience.
• Be an insurance expert: verify benefits, field inquiries with empathy, and guide patients clearly and confidently through their coverage and costs.
• Maintain meticulous records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
• Demonstrate sharp organization and attention to detail using leading dental software and electronic health records systems.
• Excel at multi-tasking: from patient communications and phones to inventory and treatment coordination, you handle every task with professionalism and care.
• Contribute to a culture of warmth and excellence through collaboration, initiative, and a genuine patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office is preferred; experience with Open Dental is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy.
• Proven talent for enthusiastic, clear communication; bilingual skills are highly valued.
• Composure, adaptability, and strong critical thinking in busy environments.
