Dental Front/Back Floater
Overview:
Meydenbauer Dental has been in the Bellevue Community for over 75 years! We pride ourselves on taking a personalized, patient-centered approach with an emphasis on prevention. Our practice is passionate about helping our patients while also maintaining a supportive work environment for our staff. We are looking for someone who is a team player and a quick learner. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.

We have a busy practice with 9 operatories; up to 3 doctors and 4 hygienists working at a time. We have an iTero and a CEREC, both of which are used regularly. We use Dentrix for our EHR and DEXIS for radiographs.

Compensation
- $28-33 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors chair-side on Mondays for basic restorative, simple extractions, and Invisalign treatment
- Take intraoral and panoramic radiographs
- Run sterilization with other assistants
- Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment, as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart
- Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
- Scan patients with iTero for various appliances and Invisalign treatment, and deliver appliances.
- See pediatric patients for prophylaxis, sealants, etc.
- Assist in the front office on Tues and Friday answering phones, verifying eligibility, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with crown procedures, including packing cord, is a must
- Willingness to learn front office duties
- Experience with Dentrix software
