Dental Hygiene Coordinator

Job Summary
Dr Robb Heinrich and his veteran team are in search of an excellent well qualified front desk person. This is a very busy position and this person would be responsible for the hygiene schedule, all new patient intake, insurance verification, referrals, some scheduling of restorative treatment among many other very important duties. We are a solo privately owned practice with most team members having been with the practice well over 10 years. We are a fun bunch, focused on quality, not quantity and very much a patient oriented practice. We offer a competitive wage, great benefits and again a very supportive team. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
  • Process patient documentation and ensure accurate health information management.
  • Assist with insurance verification
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for patients.
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering calls or responding to messages.

Skills

  • Previous dental office experience preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in documentation review and health information management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
