Who We’re Looking For - Required

• Active Virginia RDH license, radiography certification, and CPR/BLS
• Strong clinical skills and confidence practicing independently
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills
• Warm, empathetic chairside manner that puts patients at ease
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• A collaborative, team-first mindset

Ideal (but not required)

• Experience in a fee-for-service or high-quality general/cosmetic practice
• A restorative-minded approach to hygiene
• Passion for continuing education and evolving clinical techniques

Patient Care Hours

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm
