Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:45 AM - 4:45 PM
Compensation: $58-$63 per hour (Hourly)

Sacramento River Dental Group is a growing, patient-focused dental practice with a close-knit team of two doctors and two hygienists. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a supportive, low-stress environment. While we currently operate at a steady pace, we are actively working to grow our patient base through referrals and exceptional service.

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional preventative and clinical care while educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

• Conduct patient screenings, including oral health history, head and neck exams, and periodontal charting


• Identify signs of oral cancer and gum disease


• Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), including removal of plaque, tartar, and stains


• Apply preventative treatments such as fluoride and sealants


• Take and develop dental X-rays to support diagnosis

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques tailored to individual needs


• Provide nutritional guidance related to oral health


• Deliver post-treatment care instructions and ongoing oral health maintenance guidance

• Accurately document clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient progress


• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols


• Collaborate with dentists to communicate findings and assist with procedures as needed

Required:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license


• Laser certification ( required )


• Current CPR certification
