Dental Implant Sales Specialists (Commission-Based) – UAE

We are expanding our dental division and looking for 2 high-performing Sales Specialists to drive growth across the UAE dental market.

We represent premium dental implant brands from Germany and South Korea, targeting clinics, dental centers, and specialists.

Role Overview:

- Develop and manage relationships with dental clinics and implantologists

- Actively generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients

- Promote and position our implant systems in the UAE market

- Achieve consistent monthly sales targets

Compensation:

- Salary + commission on net sales

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

- Proven experience in dental or medical sales in UAE

- Strong network with dentists, clinics, or dental procurement teams

- Solid understanding of dental implants / surgical products

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred:

- Existing portfolio of dental clients

- Experience with premium or European brands

- Ability to close deals without heavy supervision

This is a performance-based role. If you do not already have access to dental decision-makers, this position is not suitable.
