Dental Insurance Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time)

We are a busy, patient-focused general dental practice seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the candidate’s availability.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing dental insurance claims and billing
• Entering payments accurately into Dentrix
• Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Completing detailed insurance breakdowns
• Communicating effectively with patients and insurance companies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a dental office (required)
• Proficiency with Dentrix software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional, friendly demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
