Marcus Black DDS is a privately owned dental practice that specializes in cosmetic dentistry and we are seeking a confident, friendly, and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our ideal candidate for this position has:

• A friendly, warm, confident, and professional personality
• Willingness to work as a part of a team and learn new things
• 2+ years of Dental Insurance Experience (Required)
• 2+ Years of Customer service experience (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities of our Insurance Coordinator include:

• Providing a 5-star service approach to service for our patients
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Verify insurance prior to appointments
• Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Follow up on denied and unpaid claims
• Present Treatment Plans and financial estimates to patients
• Checking Out patients and collecting copays/deductibles/balances and manage payment plans
• Treatment planning with Dr. Black and presentation of treatment plans utilizing patient insurance benefits
• Answer patient billing questions
• Send statements and manage patient accounts
• AR and Claims management
• Teamwork, multi-tasking, and problem solving abilities
• Other duties as assigned

We are offering a full-Time schedule:

• Mondays and Tuesdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Fridays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

As a full-time team member, you’ll enjoy an hourly wage starting at $20/hour (based on experience) along with the following benefits:
