RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate case planning throughout lab departments
- Coordinate and participate in CAD/CAM processes - scanning, designing, manufacturing
- Operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
- Meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations
- Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine design of dental restoration
- Fabricate crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays
- Read, interpret and design dental restorations to client's specifications by using a dental CAD
software program - Communicate with clear and concise oral and written skills to effectively work with technicians and
doctors
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Design in CAD/CAM technology
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) and three to five years related experience in the fabrication of
crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays is required; or equivalent combination of education and
experience - Experience with 3Shape, Nobel, Exocad, and other desktop scanners and software
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM processes (i.e. Scanning, Designing, Manufacturing)
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
- Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology
- Experience in regulated environment preferred
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, must work
together and communicate with all other departments throughout the lab. - Additional attributes: Willing to learn, critical thinking, detail oriented, organized, and
self-directed

- $20 - $35 per hour depending on experience
