Dental Lab Courier/Delivery Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pickup and Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages and goods to various locations. As a Courier Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and effective communication. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate various routes. SCHEDULE IS MONDAY-FRIDAY. HOURS CAN VARY SLIGHTLY BUT STANDARD SCHEDULE IS 9:30 TO 3:00.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to dentist's offices.
• Help pack and unpack dental lab products. Clean case pans as needed.
• Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring that items are secured during transport.
• Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and any issues encountered during transit.
• Collaborate with lab staff to coordinate pickups and ensure timely dispatch of shipments.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills is important for efficient deliveries.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Must maintain professional attitude and appearance. Scrubs optional.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate delivery records.
