We're seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician with experience in digital design to join our innovative team.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Dental Lab Technician with strong CAD/CAM design skills. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital workflows and is confident designing a variety of dental restorations using advanced design software. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running with experience and start working on cases right away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations using CAD software (3Shape, Exocad, Zirkonzhan or similar)
• Prepare files for milling or 3D printing
• Review case specifications and ensure high-quality, accurate digital outputs
• Communicate with dentists and team members to meet clinical and esthetic expectations
• Help refine and improve our digital workflow systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental lab technician with a digital focus
• Proficiency in dental CAD/CAM systems (especially 3Shape or Exocad or Zirkonzhan)
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and materials
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet production timelines
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with 3D printing workflows
• Implant case design and surgical guide planning
• Familiarity with digital denture design, AOX, and implant crowns
