Dental Lab Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and customizing dental prosthetics and appliances to help restore function and aesthetics for patients. This role requires precision, artistry, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair full and partial dentures, crowns, bridges, implants, and other dental appliances.
• Follow prescriptions and instructions from dentists accurately.
• Use manual and digital tools for waxing, casting, and finishing restorations.
• Work with materials such as wax, plastic, metal, porcelain, and ceramics.
• Operate and maintain dental lab equipment, including CAD/CAM systems (if applicable).
• Ensure appliances meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality control and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal dental lab technician training preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting preferred.
• Preferers to Arabic Speakers
• Flexibility in work
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with dental anatomy and materials.
• Experience with CAD/CAM technology (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
