About the Role:

We are a dental laboratory located in Business Bay, Dubai, seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician with experience in fabricating high-quality fixed prosthodontics, including crowns, bridges, and veneers. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both traditional and digital techniques and committed to delivering precise, aesthetic restorations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Fabrication of crowns, bridges, veneers, and other fixed dental prosthetics

-Design and mill restorations using CAD/CAM systems

-Perform ceramic layering and aesthetic finishing for veneers and other restorations

-Work with materials such as zirconia, lithium disilicate (e.max), porcelain, feldspathic ceramics (for veneers), and composite

-Ensure high standards of fit, function, and aesthetics

-Collaborate with dentists and team members to meet quality and turnaround expectations

-Maintain organization, cleanliness, and quality control in the lab

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician, specializing in veneers and other fixed restorations

-Proficiency in ceramic layering and/or CAD/CAM design

-Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills for natural-looking results

-Ability to read and interpret dental prescriptions, digital scans, and models

-Strong communication and teamwork skills
