About Us
We are a fast-growing, full-service dental lab that offers crowns, bridges, implants, removables, surgical guides, AOX cases, etc.

We are looking for a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our Crown and Bridge team and help create reliable, beautifully crafted dental prosthetics that support our patients.

Position Summary
The Dental Lab Technician will fabricate, repair, and modify dental prosthetics and appliances according to case specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, and other dental appliances
  • Use manual tools and digital equipment for design, casting, trimming, polishing, and finishing
  • Read and follow dentist prescriptions and case documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of lab cases and materials
  • Collaborate with your team and dental offices to achieve consistent and high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Dental Lab Technician or completion of a dental lab certificate program
  • Proficiency in one or more areas: crown and bridge, removables, implants, or digital/3D workflows
  • Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with CAD/CAM systems (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad, CEREC)
  • Knowledge of modern materials such as zirconia, e.max, and 3D‑printed resins
