Dental Lab Technician (CAD CAM)

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD/CAM Specialist to join our dental clinic team.

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a CAD/CAM Dental Lab Technician in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Hands-on experience in digital dentistry, including CAD/CAM systems, intraoral scan processing, and 3D printing.
• Familiarity with dental CAD software and digital workflow systems (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape, or equivalent).

Job Description (CAD/CAM Only):

• Receive and process digital files and intraoral scans, from dentists.
• Design crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, veneers, and implant-supported restorations using CAD software.
• Prepare and manage milling machines and 3D printers, including nesting, material selection, and production planning.
• Perform quality checks, adjustments, and finishing of digitally fabricated restorations.
• Ensure accurate calibration, cleaning, and basic maintenance of CAD/CAM equipment, milling units, and printers.
• Coordinate with dentists regarding design requirements, case clarification, and timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation, case tracking, and adherence to laboratory protocols.
• Report any incidents or workflow discrepancies to the related departments.
• Stay updated on advancements in digital dentistry, materials, and CAD/CAM techniques.
