Positive attitude, professional mindset, and willingness to grow with the practice
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with full-arch and full-mouth restorative cases
Experience with implant-supported restorations
Knowledge of staining, glazing, sintering, crystallization, finishing, and quality control
Experience working in a private dental office or in-house dental lab setting
Comfortable helping build and improve lab systems as the practice expands

This position is approximately 4 days per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working with advanced dental technology, and being part of a team that values quality, purpose, and patient-centered care.
We are looking for someone with a positive spirit, strong technical ability, and a genuine desire to be part of a growing company. This is not just a lab position. This is an opportunity to help build and support the digital lab side of a forward-thinking holistic dental practice.
