Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Dental Laboratory Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our laboratory and client Dentists, delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical assistance with dental restorations. Your energetic approach and clear communication will ensure our clients receive timely, accurate support, enhancing their experience with our services. Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
• Assist dentists and dental technicians with technical questions regarding restorations, materials, and procedures.
• Provide detailed guidance on product selection, including components and materials for various cases, from simple to complex full-mouth restorations.
• Enter customer data accurately into our systems, maintaining up-to-date records of interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries, and special requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, offering solutions or escalations as needed.

Skills

• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and dental restorations.
• Proficient computer skills including data entry, CRM systems. Magic Touch software is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and active listening capabilities.
• Prior experience in a medical office or dental laboratory environment is required.
• Strong analysis skills to assess client needs quickly and provide accurate technical support.
