Monteluz Dental Specialty Group is a high-end, patient-centered dental practice seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing & Scheduling Coordinator to help us expand our presence in local community.

We are looking for someone energetic, organized, and professional who represents excellence and quality in everything they do.

✨ Responsibilities:

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Visit schools, colleges, and community centers to introduce our dental programs
• Coordinate presentations and community events
• Build relationships with administrators and referral sources
• Follow up with leads and maintain marketing database

Scheduling & Front Office Support

• Answer phones professionally and convert calls into appointments
• Manage patient scheduling efficiently
• Follow up on treatment plans and unscheduled treatment
• Verify insurance benefits when needed

✅ Qualifications:

• Experience in dental office
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident speaking in public settings
• Strong phone skills and ability to convert inquiries into appointments
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a must

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
