WE ARE HIRING – DENTAL MEDICAL BILLER & CODER

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Dental Medical Biller & Coder to join our growing team.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Working Days: 6 Days per Week
• Location: In-Person

Key Responsibilities

• Review dental and medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance requirements, and coding standards.
• Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims.
• Follow up on outstanding, denied, and rejected claims.
• Process payment postings and maintain accurate billing records.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and coding issues.
• Verify and maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information.
• Analyze billing trends and payment patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure efficient claim processing.
• Maintain coding quality, productivity standards, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Billing & Coding.
• Experience in Dental Medical Coding is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, Open Dental, DentalXChange, Texas Medicaid, and Medicare.
• Understanding of insurance billing procedures, HIPAA regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience with RPM billing is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in English communication, Google Workspace (GSuite), and Slack.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with billing software and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and high-volume workloads efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Salary: PKR 125,000
