Dental Nurse

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in dental practice

License Requirement: Must be HDA-approved (Health Department of Dubai)

Languages Preferred: English (mandatory), Arabic or Russian (a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment areas for dental procedures, ensuring comfort and reassurance.
• Sterilize and manage dental instruments and inventory with strict adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Assist the dentist chairside, anticipating needs and responding promptly.
• Maintain a sterile and organized environment by disinfecting equipment and treatment rooms.
• Record accurate patient dental histories and update treatment charts.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and address their concerns with warmth.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful atmosphere with dentists and fellow staff.
• Communicate with patients in a calm, confident, and friendly manner to ease anxiety and build trust.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Nursing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a dental clinic.
• Must be HDA-approved and eligible to practice in Dubai.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally empathetic and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Familiarity with infection control protocols and inventory management.
