Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pediatric dentists during clinical procedures and treatments.
- Prepare dental instruments, materials, and equipment for patient care.
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with DHA guidelines.
- Provide chairside assistance during pediatric procedures such as fillings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and extractions.
- Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, brushing techniques, and preventive care.
- Record and maintain accurate patient information and treatment notes.
- Monitor and comfort anxious or nervous children to ensure a positive dental experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up reminders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Certification in Dental Nursing (recognized by DHA or equivalent).
- Valid DHA License or eligibility letter.
- Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work part-time hours (evening/weekend shifts may apply).
