Dental Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pediatric dentists during clinical procedures and treatments.
• Prepare dental instruments, materials, and equipment for patient care.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with DHA guidelines.
• Provide chairside assistance during pediatric procedures such as fillings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and extractions.
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, brushing techniques, and preventive care.
• Record and maintain accurate patient information and treatment notes.
• Monitor and comfort anxious or nervous children to ensure a positive dental experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up reminders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in Dental Nursing (recognized by DHA or equivalent).
• Valid DHA License or eligibility letter.
• Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work part-time hours (evening/weekend shifts may apply).
