We are looking for a skilled, warm, and enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join our exclusive pediatric dental team in Dubai. This role goes beyond chairside assistance—you’ll play a vital part in transforming dental visits into positive, fear-free experiences for children and their families.

You will work closely with specialist pediatric dentists in a modern, child-centered environment that prioritizes clinical excellence, empathy, and teamwork, while strictly adhering to DHA regulations and the UAE Dental Practice Act.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms following strict DHA-approved infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Welcome and comfort young patients, ensuring a calm, reassuring, and child-friendly experience.
• Assist dentists during pediatric dental procedures, including chairside support, suctioning, and material preparation.
• Sterilize, package, and manage dental instruments in accordance with international best practices.
• Take high-quality digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and imaging.
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of patient data at all times.
• Perform routine equipment checks and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Monitor dental supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate timely reordering.
• Maintain a spotless, safe, and welcoming clinical environment.
• Collaborate closely with dentists, nurses, and front-desk teams to deliver an exceptional patient journey.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Dental Nurse / Dental Assistant.
• Diploma or Certification in Dental Assisting from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (pediatric experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong skills in chairside assisting, sterilization, radiography, and patient management.
• Comfortable with digital charting software and digital X-ray systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, friendly, and child-loving personality.
• A true team player with high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail.
