Dental Nurse

About the Role

We are a premier, fully private clinic in Liphook. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional patient experience focused on high-quality General Dentistry, Advanced Cosmetics, and Invisalign.

We are looking for a career-driven Dental Nurse to take ownership of the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Experience

• Provide high-level chairside assistance for private general dentistry and cosmetic smile makeovers.
• Support the delivery of Invisalign treatments, including digital scanning (training provided if necessary) and patient coordination.
• Ensure a "gold-standard" patient journey for our private clientele, maintaining a professional and boutique clinic atmosphere.
• Oversee the Central Sterilisation Room (CSSD) as the Decontamination Lead.

2. Clinical Management

• Ensuring all surgeries are stocked, prepared, and operating efficiently.
• Manage clinical stock control and procurement, maintaining relationships with suppliers and managing budgets effectively.
• Act as the first point of contact for clinical equipment maintenance and surgery troubleshooting.

Requirements

• GDC Registration: Essential.
• Experience: Significant experience in a private dental environment. Experience with Invisalign workflows and cosmetic dentistry is highly desirable but not essential
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with dental software (SOE/R4) and modern digital workflows (e.g., iTero/trios scanning).
• Flexibility: A professional understanding that core hours may occasionally vary to accommodate urgent patient care or clinical emergencies.
