Clinical Efficiency Trainer - Dental Assistant
(Advanced Leadership Role for Elite RDAs, RDAEFs, or Foreign-Trained Dentists)

This is more than just a clinical role. We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our leadership team as a Clinical Efficiency Trainer. Who You Are:
The Expert: You’re an elite RDA, RDAEF, or Foreign-Trained Dentist with 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience. You have a strong understanding of high-level clinical work and leadership.
The Mentor: You enjoy teaching and guiding others. You know how to help your team get better, while keeping the work environment positive and professional.
The Optimizer: You naturally see opportunities for improvement in the way things are done. You take pride in creating a smooth, efficient clinical environment for both providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentorship: Work directly with clinicians to improve chairside ergonomics and efficiency, helping them enhance their skills.
Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical procedures to ensure every patient gets the best care, every time.
Lead Development: Support and guide our Back-Office Leads to improve clinical support and patient management.
Training: Lead hands-on training sessions using our exclusive clinical models, helping providers master new techniques before they ever treat a patient.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience working in a comprehensive dental setting.
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to offer constructive, professional feedback.
Willingness to travel and support multiple locations within the region.

Hourly Rate: $43.5.00– $50.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials with bonus).
Mobile Support Stipend: Monthly allowance to cover travel expenses.
Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses based on the clinical success and milestones of the teams you mentor.
Annual Salary Range: $80.000- $100,000+ (depending on performance and experience).
Pay: $43.50 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
