Dental Office Manager - Bilingual

Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Office Manager, where your leadership and organizational skills will drive the success of our dental practice. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and manage administrative functions with enthusiasm and precision. Please have years of dental office coordinator experience, including establishing rapport with patients, verifying insurance, sending dental claims, and going through AR. Need to understand and have used Open Dental software.

We are open Monday- Saturday 8am-5pm This position is for Tuesday-Saturday and negotiable on which day of the week to be off if not on Monday. Will discuss in person.

  • Manage financial aspects including billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and budgeting to maintain fiscal health of the practice
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of all medical records and patient information
  • Coordinate with dental providers on treatment plans, medical records management, and clinical workflows involving medical terminology and acute care procedures
  • Handle human resources functions such as staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency

Experience

  • Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare management within a clinical setting
  • Strong supervisory background overseeing teams in medical or dental offices
  • Extensive knowledge of medical administrative support including billing systems like Epic or managed care processes
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks is essential
  • Experience with fiscal management tasks including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation
  • Background in medical office experience with understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical terminology
  • Prior work in clinic or hospital environments involving acute or critical care is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead human resources initiatives within a healthcare setting
