Greater Boston's Premier Dental Office, Newton Dental Associates is looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, providing exceptional patient care while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Supervise and train office staff to maintain high-quality service.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing using Dentrix
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a positive office environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a dental office management role.
- Familiarity with procedures performed in a multi-specialty practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Familiarity with procedures performed in a multi-specialty practice.
