Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a results-oriented Dental Office Manager & Growth Director who thrives on growth, leadership, and accountability. This is not an “administrative-only” role. This is a leadership and revenue-driving position.

The Office Manager & Growth Director is responsible for:

  • Driving production and collections
  • Increasing case acceptance
  • Strengthening patient retention
  • Leading team performance
  • Overseeing scheduling & financial systems
  • Maintaining an exceptional patient experience

You will work directly with Dr. Aldama to help grow the practice while ensuring operational excellence. If you love KPIs, hitting goals, motivating teams, and seeing the financial reward of your performance — this role is for you.

Leadership Growth & Case Acceptance

  • Confidently present comprehensive treatment plans
  • Educate patients on long-term value of dentistry
  • Increase large case acceptance (Invisalign, restorative, full-mouth cases, and smile designs)
  • Track pending treatment plans and report case acceptance percentages
  • Implement systems to reduce unscheduled treatment

Financial Performance

  • Manage accounts receivable and insurance aging
  • Oversee collections and payment arrangements
  • Present third-party financing (CareCredit, Cherry, Alphaeon)
  • Monitor daily production & collections
  • Ensure financial policies are upheld consistently

Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead and motivate team
  • Conduct team meetings focused on growth metrics
  • Create accountability around scheduling efficiency
  • Ensure optimal doctor schedule utilization
  • Support marketing and patient retention initiatives

Operational Management

  • Oversee scheduling strategy to maximize production per day
  • Manage revenue posting and reporting
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Monitor KPIs and present monthly performance reports
  • Assist in budgeting and supply management

✔ A strong communicator (Bilingual English/Spanish required)
✔ Experienced with dental insurance and PPO workflows
✔ Experienced in Curve Hero (preferred)

Minimum 1 year of dental management or treatment coordination experience required.

Performance Bonuses:

  • Office production goals
  • Collection percentage (target 98%+)
  • Growth compared to prior year
  • Reduction in accounts receivable aging

There is no cap for someone who helps drive significant growth. High performers can realistically earn: $80,000+ annually

Schedule:

Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
