Dental Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist

Our pediatric dental practice is growing and searching for a dental PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR to join the team!

As a patient care coordinator, you will be expected to check in/out patients, schedule/confirm appointments, verify insurance, and present treatment plans. Hours will be full-time (32-40 hours) with no weekends.

We are looking for someone long-term and passionate about being a part of a one-of-a-kind pediatric dental team. We are looking for someone with a passion for dentistry, great attitude, high attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Hiring process is highly selective and will involve working interviews, clinical knowledge check, a background check, references, and a training period. Pay is based on experience and the amount of training needed. Some experience in the dental field is required. Applications without dental experience will NOT be considered.
