Our growing practice is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Patient Coordinator / Clinical Dental Assistant to join our team! We’re seeking someone who not only excels in front-office coordination but also brings strong clinical dental assisting skills to support our providers chairside when needed.

We utilize Dentrix, Modento, CBCT, and Trios to deliver exceptional service, and we are committed to continuous learning and innovation.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Mon-Fri w/ flexible scheduling

Responsibilities include:

Front Office Duties:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments efficiently
• Verifying insurance and submitting/handling claims
• Managing patient communications
• Answering phone calls and inquiries professionally
• Collecting payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Clinical Assisting Duties:

• Assisting providers chairside during procedures
• Preparing and breaking down operatories
• Taking digital radiographs and CBCT scans
• Scanning with Trios and assisting with digital workflows
• Ensuring proper sterilization and infection control protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Dentrix experience
• Clinical dental assisting experience
• Radiology certification
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and sound judgment
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
