Dental Patient & Treatment Coordinator

We are hiring a full-time Treatment Coordinator at Castle Peak & Avon Dental.

This position is a strong opportunity for experienced dental assistants who are interested in transitioning into a patient communication and administrative role while continuing to use their clinical knowledge every day.

If you enjoy helping patients understand their treatment, guiding conversations with confidence, and supporting patients through financial decisions, this role may be a great fit.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will help patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care while working closely with both doctors and the clinical team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
• Help patients understand recommended care and next steps
• Review insurance coverage, payment options, and financing arrangements
• Coordinate communication between patients and providers
• Maintain an organized and positive patient experience from start to finish
• Support scheduling and treatment acceptance efforts

Ideal Background

• Current or previous dental assisting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing financial information professionally and compassionately
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Passion for patient care and teamwork
• Interested in growing into a more administrative position within dentistry
