Position Overview

Join Reset Smile Lounge in launching an innovative, wellness-based dental program in Phoenix! We’re seeking an Arizona-licensed General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in an integrated setting. This contract role (5–10 hrs/week) offers flexible scheduling and rapid growth into a full-time Dental Clinical Director position as the clinic expands.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dental Clinical Director, overseeing all dental operations, infection control, and quality assurance.
• Deliver patient care including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per Arizona Dental Board standards.
• Help develop clinic policies for sterilization, OSHA, and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers for integrated treatment.
• Support credentialing, payer enrollment, and regulatory setup for the new dental entity.
• Promote a positive, patient-centered environment aligned with our holistic mission.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
• Active Arizona dental license in good standing
• DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred if performing sedation
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card (or eligibility to obtain)
• Knowledge of state dental compliance, infection control, and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
