Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at our office in Aurora. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and has a positive attitude. We are looking for a long-term team member who we can trust and bring a caring, positive attitude to our practice.

Qualifications for Dental Receptionist include:

1) Exceptional People Skills/Customer Service

2) Knowledge of dental terminology

3) Insurance eligibility and verification experience

4) Insurance billing and management

5) Accounting/ Payment collections

6) Knowledge of dental software, preferably Dentrix

7) Reliable/ Fast Learner

8) Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

9) Bilingual and Spanish speaking preferred.

Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in a dental office. Candidates must meet the qualifications in order to be considered for an interview.
