Full-Time Receptionist / Sterilization Technician

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly team member to join our practice as a Receptionist / Sterilization Technician. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and behind-the-scenes clinical support.

Responsibilities

Front Office / Reception Duties:

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient billing questions
• Manage patient check-in/check-out processes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

Sterilization Technician Duties:

• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Set up and break down treatment rooms between patients
• Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance standards
• Monitor sterilization equipment and supply inventory
• Assist the clinical team with operatory organization and readiness

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Experience with dental software is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
