We are a warm, patient-focused dental clinic committed to providing exceptional care in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a temporary Dental Receptionist to join our team for one month while our receptionist is on leave.

Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, presentable, and professional individual who can be the welcoming face of our clinic. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and be confident handling front desk responsibilities in a dental practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients warmly
• Answer phone calls and manage appointments
• Handle patient inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff
• Manage billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist (preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Friendly, positive, and well-presented personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must have own valid visa (required)
• Available for a full 1-month commitment

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
