Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk/Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office settings and possess knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling systems. Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Utilize EagleSoft, Dentirx, or similar software for patient registration and scheduling - Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, and insurance verification/payment input - Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow - Handle billing inquiries and process payments Requirements: - Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in a medical office setting - Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical scheduling systems - Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other electronic health record systems - Strong customer service and communication skills for effective patient interaction - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality Preferred Skills: - Experience with dental software required - Knowledge of dental billing procedures - Previous exposure to patient service roles in healthcare settings If you are a dedicated professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient service, we invite you to apply for the Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance position at our dental facility. ***Background check required due to the sensitive nature of our business.
