Dentique by Ruhee is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for our patients while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys patient interaction, and takes pride in staying organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using Oryx to maintain optimal flow
• Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and assist with billing and patient accounts
• Coordinate and present treatment plans, including financial arrangements
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Manage a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette
• Support the clinical team to ensure seamless daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred
• Familiarity with Oryx dental software (or similar systems)
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus
