Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- 1. Increase sales of the Bondents product in the region and achieve sales & strategic goals as defined for the region.
- 2. Develop & execute regional business strategy & plan to establish long term sustainable business fundamentals.
- 3. Work closely with the domestic team to establish, maintain & expand the customer base and service the business needs of the existing customers.
- 4. Undertake initiatives to support the business growth – Positioning, Portfolio Management, Pricing, Branding, Clinical Education, Distribution, OPL management, University engagement and Key account management.
- 5. Identify & tap business opportunities in existing as well as newer markets to maximize sales potential.
- 6. Map country wise competitive landscape and devise strategy to increase market share for each product category.
- 7. Undertake market research to explore new product development opportunities, cover portfolio gaps and business alliance opportunities with other players in the industry.
Qualifications
- 1. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- 2. Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- 3. Ability to deliver effective Training sessions
- 4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities
- 6. Prior experience in the technology or dental industry is a plus
- 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Pay: 80,000.00TRY - 100,000.00TRY per month
