Revenue Cycle Supervisor (Dental)

We are hiring a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead billing, insurance, AR, and collections performance across our growing dental offices. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving KPIs, reducing AR days, and maximizing net collections.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise billing, AR, insurance, and payment posting teams
• Improve clean claim rate and reduce denials
• Monitor AR aging and drive collections performance
• Oversee pre-authorizations and eligibility accuracy
• Lead denial management and appeals
• Track and report key revenue KPIs
• Ensure HIPAA and billing compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years dental or healthcare RCM experience
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance reimbursement
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend (or similar PMS)
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Proven leadership and accountability mindset

Performance Targets

• AR Days ≤ 35
• Net Collection Rate ≥ 97%
• Clean Claim Rate ≥ 98%
• Denial Rate ≤ 3%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Dental or medical field: 3 years (Required)
