Dental Sterilization Technician (RDA)
Serenity Smiles Dental Care is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician with an active RDA license to join our growing team. We are a patient-centered practice focused on providing a calm, supportive experience—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome and seat patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance protocols are followed.
- Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently.
- Take dental radiographs as needed.
- Assist clinical team as needed during procedures.
- Manage inventory of sterilization supplies and instruments.

Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Tennessee).
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
