Dental Surgical Assistant

We’re looking for a surgical assistant who thrives in a focused, high-level clinical environment.

This is not a passive role — it requires precision, anticipation, and confidence.

You’ll succeed here if you:

• Anticipate the doctor’s needs during procedures
• Communicate clearly with patients before and after surgery
• Take ownership of setup, breakdown, and efficiency

What you’ll do:

• Assist in implant and surgical procedures
• Prepare surgical rooms with precision and consistency
• Support patient experience from consult through recovery
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant experience in dental assisting (8+ years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and highly organized
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Desire to grow in advanced dentistry
