Dental Surgical Assistant Implant & Restorative

We are looking for an EFDA Assistant who is experienced with Eaglesoft, Itero Scanning, and Implant Surgery. Looking for a motivated dental assistant to use all the valuable skills of EFDA. 3+ years of experience is required. This role is key to success in our practice and with patient care. Paid time off and 401k. Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Proficient in dental assisting and chairside techniques
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft and other EMR systems
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and anatomy
• Experience in general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics
• Ability to perform X-rays and manage medical documentation
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
• Utilize Eaglesoft for patient management and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are properly sterilized.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed, adhering to safety and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
