We are seeking a skilled and experienced All-Rounder Dental Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across all dental lab workflows, with a strong commitment to quality, precision, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model pouring and preparation
• Fabrication of Removable Partial Dentures (RPD)
• Complete denture setup and finishing
• Digital designing using Exocad
• 3D printing (model and dental applications)
• Zirconia milling and finishing
• Implant prosthesis fabrication
• Metal trimming and finishing
• Ceramic layering and aesthetic restorations
• Maintaining material inventory and stock levels
• Keeping accurate records of expenses and material usage
• Ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage of production
• Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• certified dental technician with license (preferred)
• Proficiency in both conventional and digital workflows
• Strong experience in Exocad designing
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing and zirconia milling
• Experience in implant prosthesis work
• Expertise in RPD, complete dentures, and ceramic work
• Ability to manage inventory and basic expense tracking
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of PFM and full-contour zirconia restorations
• Familiarity with digital workflows and CAD/CAM systems
• Time management and ability to handle multiple cases
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
