Job Description:

We are hiring a Dental Technician for a fast-growing Aligner Laboratory. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA license or a DHA Eligibility Letter and should have hands-on experience working with clear aligner systems and managing daily lab operations.

This is a key role involving both technical aligner production and overall lab management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fabrication, and processing of clear aligners
• Quality control of aligners
• Day-to-day lab operations and workflow management
• Coordination with orthodontists and clinical teams
• Maintaining turnaround time and production standards
• Inventory and equipment oversight

Requirements:

• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (Dental Technician)
• Experience in aligner laboratories or orthodontic digital workflows
• Knowledge of aligner software
• Strong understanding of orthodontic and aligner treatment processes
• Ability to manage lab workload independently
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in clear aligner production
• Experience working in a digital orthodontic lab
