Position Overview

We are looking for a Dental Laboratory Administrator with a background as a dental technician.
This role is ideal for someone who understands dental laboratory workflows from the inside and can confidently communicate with clinics and doctors in both English and Russian.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily communication with dental clinics and doctors in English and Russian
• Receiving, coordinating, and tracking dental cases throughout the production process
• Verifying incoming case information (scans, photos, prescriptions, shades, timelines)
• Coordinating work between internal laboratory departments
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring on-time case delivery
• Providing technical clarification to clinics based on dental technician experience
• Maintaining accurate case records in the laboratory system / CRM
• Coordinating shipments and handover of completed work
• Handling operational issues and resolving day-to-day workflow questions
• Maintaining a high standard of client service and professional communication

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dental technician (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of dental laboratory production processes
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Fluent Russian
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Work phone must be available at all times during working hours
• Willingness to be fully office-based
