What You'll Do

Building Patient Relationships

• Welcome patients and make them feel at home
• Help patients understand their treatment options in a clear, pressure-free way
• Guide conversations about oral health that genuinely help people improve their lives

Managing the Patient Experience

• Handle scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs with a smile
• Coordinate insurance benefits and answer coverage questions
• Process payments and financial arrangements with professionalism and care

Supporting the Team

• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Help with marketing and growth initiatives
• Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
• Cross-train in other areas to expand your skills

What We're Looking For

Experience (but we're flexible!)

• 1-3 years in the dental field is great, OR
• 2-5 years in customer service (dental experience not required!)
• If you're new to dental but have amazing people skills, we want to hear from you!

Personality & Skills

• Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely enjoy helping people
• Great communicator who can explain things clearly
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable with technology (Google Drive, spreadsheets)
• Eager to learn and grow

What We Offer

Comprehensive Training: Don't worry if you're not a dental expert yet! We provide thorough training in all aspects of dental knowledge and patient care. You'll have support every step of the way during your initial 2 weeks to 90 days of training right here in our West Chester office.
